Butchering Prices

Vacuum Packaging is now standard and included at no extra charge*.

 

Hogs
Processing: $0.60 per pound
Slaughter / Kill Bill: $40.00 per head
Smoked Meat: $0.85 per pound (green/fresh weight)
Seasoning: $8.00 per whole hog (based on a 150 pound hanging weight)
Patties: $0.50 per pound (No less than four per pack)
Bratwurst / Italian Sausage (Large Links): $1.50 per processed pound
Small Breakfast Links: $2.00 per processed pound
Whole Hog: $500* (Smoked hams and bacon included in price)
Half Hog: $250* (Smoked hams and bacon included in price)
Bone and Net Hogs (for roast): $70.00 (+$40 slaughter)

* Additonal charge for patties, links, and brats. Quarters and eighths must be processed at the same. Prices subject to change.


Beef
Processing: $0.60 per pound
Slaughter / Kill Bill: $40.00 per head
Patties: $0.50 per pound (1/3 pound)
Whole, Half, or Quarters purchased from us: $3.50 per pound hanging weight
Quarters and eighths must be processed at the same. Prices subject to change.


Lambs
Processing: $70.00


Goats
Processing: $50.00

 

*$20 additional fee for single (one piece per pack) packaging requests.

 

ATTENTION FAIR CUSTOMERS: Due to higher fuel cost and labor we may have to charger for trucking from the fair to our facilities.  We do not want to have to do this but it will be based on the number of head that we receive from your fair and the amount of time that we have to be there and pay employees for helping with the transportation of the livestock.
